For Halloween trick-or-treating, neighborhood youth Renfrew here is dressed as James from Team Rocket (he didn't bother with the hair, though... that sucks), and he thinks Hula-Girl here is one of the older kids from the neighborhood. Dunno what the other kid's deal is...
